Sprout the lentils and the sunflower seeds before using. This process may take 1-3 days. Be sure to soak for 24 hours then rinse and drain 2x per day until desired sprouting occurs. Blend all ingredients in stages in Food Processor and Grind those in a coffee grinder into a flour. - except for the Walnuts and the unsprouted dry sunflower seeds. Once everything is processed mix it with the dry ingredients until a dough can be formed into patties. Add Salt and pepper as desired.
