Cook 2/3 cup lentils in 1 1/3 cup water until soft. At the same time, boil water for pasta and cook according to instructions. Sautee garlic, onions and mushrooms in a light spray of canola and then simmer in some water so they don't burn. Add marinara to onions and then add lentils and pasta as they are ready.Would be really great with some spinach!
