Here is how you make Linguine and clams:

Cook whole wheat pasta as directed on package. Saute' shallots and garlic in olive oil. Remove clams from can reserving 1/2 the juice for the sauce. Add clams to skillet and saute 2 minutes. Pour white wine into pan letting it boil, removing all alcohol. Add clam stock and cook down to half its liquid. Remove from heat and add yogurt, chopped basil leaves and Parmesan cheese.
