1-1/2 tsp italian seasoning
2 cups Sargento light 4-cheese italian blend shredded cheese
4 Barilla no-boil lasagne noodles
2 cups spagetti sauce


How Do I Make Lasagne Loaf?

Here is how you make Lasagne Loaf:

preheat oven to 350 degrees. spray a 8 x 5 inch loaf pan with no stick cooking spray, set aside. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg beaters, and italian seasoning. Set aside.Pour 1/2 cup spagetti sauce in bottom of the loaf pan. Place one lasagne noodle on top. Spread 1/4 of the ricotta mixture over the noodle. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the shredded cheese over it, then drizzle 1/4 cup of spagetti sauce. Add another noodle, 1/4 of the ricotta mixture, 1/4 cup of cheese shreds and 1/4 cup of spagetti as before. Repeat again. Top with the last noodle, 1/2 cup of the spagetti sauce, and the remaining shredded cheese. Cover pan with foil, and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and let rest, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
