Here is how you make Toaf Loaf:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mash tofu, onion, tomato paste and seasoning ingredients until well blended. Add in rolled oats in 2 or 3 lots and mix Depending on dryness of tofu you might need to add more rolled oats to keep a nice moisture level. Press into small loaf pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake for 1 hour uncovered. Hint: if yu marinade to tofu in soy sauce and garlic for 1 hr prior to mixing, this makes the tofu dark in color like ground beef, and for sure this would be 100% fool proof.
