1/4 cup Whole Wheat Panko Breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp Ground black pepper

4 tbsp Bulls Eye Original Barbecue sauce
2 tbsp Grade B Maple Syrup
2 tbsp water

Here is how you make Bar-B-Q Lean Loaf:

* Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl combine ground turkey, soup mix, Panko breadcrumbs, and diced onions. Add black pepper. Mix thoroughly. Add milk and mix until all ingredients are evenly moist and well combined.Turn mixture out into a loaf pan. Form a valley in the center of the loaf from end to end. In a small bowl, combine barbecue sauce, water and maple syrup. Stir until well combined. Pour over the top of the loaf making sure to fill the valley and extend to the edges. Bake for 35 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.Yields Seven 3oz slices. Great for portion control, or Five 4oz servings for those with less weight to lose or in need of more protein.
