1 pkg manicotti noodles
1 carton of cottage cheese
1 pkg of cheddar cheese (2 cups)
1 can of enchilada sauce
2 cans tomato sauce
1 lb. ground venison or beef


How Do I Make Brenda's Manicotti?

Here is how you make Brenda's Manicotti:

Cook manicotti noodles according to package directions. While noodles are cooking, brown venison then drain. Drain noodles and allow to cool so you can handle them. Mix the 2 cans of tomato sauce and the can of enchilda sauce in a separate bowl. When venison is done, pour about 1/2 of the sauce mixture onto browned meat and mix until it is coated. Add all of the cottage cheese to the meat/sauce mixture. stuff the meat mixture into the noodles and place into a 13x9 glass container. When all noodles are stuffed, if you have left over meat mixture, pour over the noodles. Then pour the rest of the sauce over noodles to cover. Cover with shredded cheese.
