* Ground Cumin, 1 tsp
* Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp
* Healthy Life White Bread, 4 slices torn into small pieces
* Nabisco Ritz Crackers, 6 crackers
* Skim milk, 1/3 cup
* Organic Tomato Sauce, 1 cup/8oz

Here is how you make I Can't Believe Its Not Real Meat "Meat"loaf:

1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).2.) In a large bowl, combine soy crumbles, Quorn, chopped onion, eggs, vegan Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, ground pepper, sage, garlic powder, mustard, vegetable oil, bread crumbs and milk. (Basically start putting all the ingredients in one by one and stirring to mix between every addition or two).3.) Transfer half the bowl to a large bread pan, press the mixture into the pan, condensing the mixture down. Transfer the rest of the bowl into the bread pan and repeat the compression process, leaving a little room at the top.4.) Pour the tomato sauce on top and spread to cover.5.) Bake for 45 minutes, turn pan 180 degrees in the oven, and bake for another 45 minutes.6.)
