(6 meatballs)?Here is how you make Meat Balls - The Best Ever!!! (6 meatballs): Using your hands, mix together all ingredients. Spray a broiler pan with non-stick spray. Form meat mixture into balls and place on broiler pan. Bake in a 350 oven for 20-30 minutes until meatballs are browned on the outside and cooked through on the inside. (Note: If you have a convection oven, using the convection heat works well - you may want to use 325 degrees with the convection setting.)To check for doneness, gently pull a cooked meatball apart with 2 forks and check the inside. If it looks cooked, taste it.These can be baked early in the day and placed in a covered caserole dish with a little water. Warm in a 350 oven for 20-30 minutes before serving--or heat in a skillet on top of the stove with a little water. You can also keep them warm in a slow cooker set on low with a little water.Serving Size:?Using 2 lbs ground beef with a little ground pork makes me about 48 meatballs.
