Chicken broth How Do I Make Minnesota Meatballs?Here is how you make Minnesota Meatballs: In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, rice(with seasoning omited), bread crumbs, scallions, egg, 1/2 of the dill weed, 1/2 of the Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Form the mixture into golf ball size meatballs and set aside. In a large dutch oven combine tomato soup, broth and remaining dill weed and Worcestershire. Over medium heat bring mixture to a boil. Add meatballs, cover and reduce heat to low.
