1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
4 c. sliced Okra (canned or frozen)
4 c. Canned Tomatoes
2 c. chicken broth
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning

Here is how you make Okra and Meatballs:

Mix ground turkey with egg white & bread crumbs. Put oil in large cooking pan & heat at medium high. Make walnut size meatballs with meat mixture, add to pan & cook until done. Chop onions, green pepper & celery. Take out meatballs of pan. Add onions, green pepper & celery to the pan. Cook until transparent. Add garlic, cook 1 more minute.
