Here is how you make Spanish Meatballs:

In a large bowl, combine turkey, half the chopped onions, half the garlic, 1/4 cup of the roasted red peppers, bread crumbs, and egg. Mix turkey until well combined and set aside. In a large pot on medium, heat oil and saute onions until transparent. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. With slightly damp hands form meatballs, approximately 2 tbsp in size. Gently drop meatballs into simmering sauce until all turkey is finished. Cover pot and let simmer on low for 1 hour or until meatballs are cooked through.Make rice following package directions.
