?1 pounds ground beef
?1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (I used shaved)

?1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt (I used Spike)
?ground black pepper to taste
?1/8 cup minced parsley
?2 eggs
?4-6 thin bacon slices (I used seasoned)
?3/4 cups ketchup
?3 tablespoons brown sugar
?1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
?couple dashes of hot sauce


How Do I Make Pioneer Woman Meatloaf?

Here is how you make Pioneer Woman Meatloaf:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees2. Place the bread slices in a bowl and pour 1 cup milk over the top. Let it soak in for a few minutes.3. As the bread soaked I chopped up the parsley the best I could. At the same time beat the eggs.4. Put the ground beef, milky bread, cheese, salt, seasoned salt, pepper, parsley, and beat eggs into a large mixing bowl. Now just combined everything together using your hands. Most of the ingredients are cold, so if your hands get numb, just take a little break. You will find everything combines nicely.5. Next, form into into a "loaf" and place on a broiler pan. By using a broiler pan, the fat will just drip to the bottom pan. For easy clean up, put some tinfoil on the bottom pan. Then just wrap bacon around the loaf and tuck the ends under the loaf.6. Now it is time to make the sauce that will cover the top. In a small bowl add the ketchup, brown sugar, dry mustard, and a couple dashes of hot sauce. If you like it hotter you can add more hot sauce. Mix it all together well.7. Pour 1/3 of the sauce over the meatloaf.8. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.9. Take it out and pour another 1/3 of the sauce over the top again.
