Milk (1%) 5 oz Rotel Hot 8 oz Hunt's Tomato Sauce - No Salt Added 1/2 c. finely chopped onion 2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped 1 tsp Worcestershire 1 Tbsp Land O Lakes Light Butter Salt, pepper, chili powder to taste How Do I Make Jessica's Meatloaf?Here is how you make Jessica's Meatloaf: Preheat oven to 350Sautee onions & garlic with Light Butter and Worcestershire until onions are tender. Mix cracker crumbs, milk and egg in large bowl, then add ground beef, onions & garlic. Add 1/4 c. Tomato Sauce and 5 oz (1/2 the can) Rotel Hot. .Add Salt, Pepper, and Chili powder to taste. Mix well, form into loaf and place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour (60minutes) -- after 30-40 minutes, take loaf out and drizzle the remaining tomato sauce over top.
