Here is how you make DaMomma's Meatloaf:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Super simple! Chops onions, crush saltines, mix with all other ingredients. Lightly coat a loaf pan with a non-stick spray.Put mixture into pan and mold into a loaf shape. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the loaf pulls away from the sides of the pan.This is just the way my mom makes it. You can health it up a bit by substituting the beef for ground turkey or leaner beef(but leaner meat means drier meatloaf).
