1 cup rye bread crumbs (2-3 slices)
1 cup onion
1/4 cup Russian dressing
1 Tblsp worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 package Carl Buddig beef lunch meat
8 oz of sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1 cup swiss cheese


How Do I Make Reuben Meatloaf?

Here is how you make Reuben Meatloaf:

Mix egg, crumbs, onion, dressing, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and beef all together in large mixing bowl. Pour out onto wax paper covered baking sheet, and pat out into 12x8 rectangle. Top with beef, kraut and cheese, and roll just like you would a jelly roll. Place seam side down on a 13x9x3 pan. Bake for 50 minutes, and add an extra 1/4 cup of shredded swiss on top if you like (not calculated for extra 1/4 cup) and bake 30 minutes more for a total of 1 hour 20 minutes. Thinly slice.
