Preheat oven to 180 oC, gas mark 4.In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix lightly but thoroughly.Press the mixture into a 8 x 4 in loaf tin. Bake for 1 hour until firm when pressed, or until meat thermometer registers 70oC in the centre.
