35 cracker Saltine Crackers (Saltines)

0.3 tbsp Dill Relish, Heinz
4 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Barbecue Sauce
1 dash Salt
1 dash Pepper, black

Here is how you make Mamaa€™s Meatloaf:

Preheat oven 400 degrees. Crush saltines, add to ground beef. Add eggs, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, mustard, relish. Mix well. Form into loaf. Place in loaf or 8x8 square pan, lined with aluminum foil. Top with ketchup and barbecue sauce. May add 3 slices of bacon to top of meatloaf. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
