Here is how you make Meredith's Meatloaf:

Preheat oven to 375. In a bowl, mix the beef, onions, crushed crackers, eggs, worchesteshire sauce, milk, pepper,and 1/2 can of the tomato sauce. Spray a rack with Pam or cover it with foil and cut slits in the foil to let the grease drain. Place it in a pan, and shape the meat mixture into a loaf. Place the bacon on top of the meatloaf. Bake for 30 minutes, then open the oven and pour on the other 1/2 can of tomato sauce. Bake 30 more minutes. Delicious!
