Here is how you make Very Yummy Meatloaf:

Wring spinach in a paper towel until it is dry. In a large bowl mix together ground beef, oatmeal, spinach, egg, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. After all ingredients are combined you can either form it into one large meatloaf or into four smaller meatloafs for easier portioning. Place meatloaf onto a rimmed cookie sheet that has been covered in foil and sprayed with nonstick spray. Spread the ketchup on the meatloaf before baking (1 TB per meatloaf for the smaller ones).
