Here is how you make Tawny's meatloaf:

Sautee veggies in a non-stick pan, can use a touch of olive oil if needed. Add veggies to the rest of the ingredients, (except catsup), mix well. Form into a loaf and spread catsup over the top. I use a meatloaf pan that has a separate area to collect the grease so the meatloaf doesn't swim in it, but you could also use a broiler pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Enjoy!
