Here is how you make Meatloaf Supper:

combine all ingredients except ketchup and carrots. Mix well. Form into a loaf and place in a casserole. Place carrots along side and spray with a bit of Pam. Salt to taste. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 40 minutes, pull out and top with ketchup. continue cooking for 10 more minutes. Carrots will crunchy. If you prefer softer carrots, pre cook for 3 minutes in microwave, then add them to the casserole before baking.
