1 10.5oz can Beef Gravy
1 10.5oz can Mushroom Gravy
1 Egg
1/2 cup Ketchup
2 Tbsp Deli Mustard
3 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Suce
3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Spices as desired such as Italian Seasoning, Garlic or Onion
1 1/2 lbs Ground Turkey
1/2 cup Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs
1 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats


How Do I Make Mom's Pantry Meatloaf?

Here is how you make Mom's Pantry Meatloaf:

Preheat oven to 350 and coat baking dish with cooking spray.In large mixing bowl, combine egg, ketchup, mustard, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce and spices. Mix well.Add turkey, bread crumbs and oats. Mix together with hands until everything is well incorporated together.Shape into loaf and place in prepared baking pan. Smooth loaf out so that there are no cracks or breaks in the loaf. Lightly spray loaf with cooking spray. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, mix both cans of gravy. Set aside.Bake for approximately 20 minutes. Turn heat down to 300 and pour about 1/4 of gravy mixture over loaf.Continue to cook for 3-40 minutes more or until done in center. Begin heating remaining gravy over low heat.Remove loaf from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Serve with remaing gravy on side.Makes about 12 thin slices or 8 thick ones.Number of Servings: 12Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user MLHORAN10.
