Here is how you make Mimi Meatloaves:

Combine eggs and milk; stir in oatmeal, onion, parsley, salt, oregano and 1/8 tsp. black pepper. Add meat and m ix well. Spoon mixture into 6-muffin pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until internal temp is 160 degrees. Spoon off fat and spread top of each mini meatloaf with barbecue sauce. Bake for 5-10 minutes more.
