Wash and Peal potatoes, carrots, onions, and bell peppers trying to make everything into bite size pieces around the same size so everything cooks evenly. Add All ingredients to a regular size frying pan. Add broth and cut up rosemary very small and add to pan. Cover and let cook for about 30 min, if juice runs out add water just for some more liquid.
