What Are The Ingredients For Mince Dish Recipe?The ingredients for Mince Dish are: 1T rice bran oil/olive oil1 onion, diced 250g lean beef mince (ground beef) 2T spicy tomato relish Worchester sauce - approx 2tsp but to taste Soy Sauce - approx 1tsp but to taste Salt & pepper 2 large potatoes, peeled & cut into 5mm slices 1 medium kumara (purple sweet potato) 1T butter 2T flour 1-1 1/2 cups trim milk 1/3rd cup tasty cheddar cheese. How Do I Make Mince Dish?Here is how you make Mince Dish: Serving Size:?4 servingsPreheat oven to 180 degrees centigrade.Heat oil in frying pan and saute onion until tender. Add beef mince and fry until cooked through, ensure that any lumps are broken up.Add tomato relish, worchester & soy sauces, salt & pepper and fry for a minute or two.Place butter in microwave safe jug or bowl and melt. Mix in flour, then microwave for 30 seconds. Mix again.Add milk and stir. Microwave 1 minute at a time, stirring after each minute, until sauce thickens but is still at a pouring consistancy.Alternatively you can make white sauce in a saucepan.Add 2/3rds of cheese to white sauce and mix.In a deep round casserole dish add 1/3rd of the mince mixture. Add 1/3rd of the potato & kumara slices on top and a drizzle of white sauce. Repeat x2. Ensure the last layer of potato/kumara is completely covered with white sauce.
