Combine all ingredients except turkey and let sit for about 30 minutes. Add turkey. Mix well. Put mixture into 12 regular sized muffin cups. The remaining mix will make a small loaf in a separate pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350. A serving is one meat "muffin" or 1/4 of the remaining small loaf.
