How Do I Make Fish Noodles?

Here is how you make Fish Noodles:

Cube and season fish. In wok, brown garlic with sesame oil, then add fish. Cook until tender, adding small amounts of water and covering with lid. In separate pot, cook egg noodle by boiling for two minutes, and letting sit without heat for an additional 5 minutes. Do not add salt. Rinse with cold water. When fish is almost done, add chopped onions and red peppers and sauté for 3 minutes. Add noodles, fish sauce, chives, and sesame seeds. Mix until noodles are hot.
