Here is how you make Hamburger Stroganoff w/Poppy Seed Noodles:

Cook Noodles according to packagedirections.Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute' onion & garlic until onion is almost translucent.Add Ground Beef and cook over mediumheat until no longer pink.Drain off any fat and return to low heat. Add both cans of soup, stirring frequently, until heated thoroughly.Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly.Drain noodles, stir in butter and poppy seedsover low heat until noodles are coated withbutter and poppy seeds.Serve hot beef mixture over noodles.
