The ingredients for 30min Korean Noodles are:

16oz or so of chicken breast fillets, cut into thinner strips, or whatever chicken you want. It also works with pork.

1 bag of Broccoli slaw
100g of bean sprouts

1 package of Chinese Chow Mein, or Long life noodles, or if you want, whole wheat spaghetti. We don't like the texture of the spaghetti for asian foods..so do whatever.
3 green onions, sliced.

Sauce:

1/2 can of tomato paste
3 cloves of garlic
about 1" long nub of ginger
a few TBSP of Siracha sauce (Adjust if you don't like heat)
2tbsp of Honey
4tbsp soy sauce
a splash of rice vinegar
1tbsp of sesame oil.
