Set asideDrain Shirataki Spaghetti noodles and rinse completely to get their slight original odor gone, drain well and put in ceramic dish and microwave for 1 minute. Set aside.Microwave the 1 cup of vegetables in a covered dish for 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain any excess water.Mix the veggies with noodles and pour sauce over the top and mix well. Enjoy.You could easily add some grilled chicken pieces to this dish to get a very satisfying meal.
