Cook on low heat for to first 15 min. stirring off and on. when flip liver slices, onions should start to soften. increase heat, and add a bit of cooking spray to them. continue to cook until browned to liking. once liver is cooked through, serve topped with fried onions. I normally pair this dish with a side salad, or other vegetable of some sort.
