1. Preheat broiler. Lightly spray broiler pan with cooking spray.2. In small bowl, mix together cumin, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper.3. Put fish on the broiler pan. Sprinkle each side with the spice mixture, then 1/2 orange zest. Drizzle 1 tbsp orange juice over top side of the fillets. Lightly spray with cooking spray.4. Broil about 4 inches from heat, 3-4 minutes, until lightly browned. Carefully turn over. Drizzle with remaining 1 tbsp orange juice and lightly spray with cooking spray.
