1 Trout fillet - We picked up a trout from the fresh fish section of our store. It was about 20oz.
1 Lime
1/4 C Parmesan
1/4 C Plain Bread Crumbs
Shake of Italian seasoning
Shake of Garlic Salt
Olive Oil


How Do I Make Parmesan Trout?

Here is how you make Parmesan Trout:

Place the whole fillet in a large glass baking dish, sprayed with Pam. Squeeze the lime all over the Trout, then mix up the next 4 ingredients and coat the trout with them. Next, drizzled olive oil on top of the parmesan mixture and then lightly spay it with Pam again (just to make sure everything holds together well. I cooked it at about 425 for 25 minutes. (We started checking it every 5 minutes after 15 minutes to see if it pulled apart easily.)
