Here is how you make Parmesan Skillet:

Brown the turkey in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the frozen vegetables (still frozen), rice and water, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes, until veggies and rice are cooked through. Add more water if the rice is too dry.
