Here is how you make Chorizo Pasta Bake:

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes.Add chorizo and cook until browned.Meanwhile, cook pasta according to directions.Once chorizo browned add seasonings, pasta sauce, and canned tomatoes. Continue to simmer for 10 minutes.Drain pasta and return to large pot, add chorizo/pasta sauce mixture and ricotta cheese.
