What Are The Ingredients For Pasta Bake Recipe? The ingredients for Pasta Bake are: 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil1 sweet onion (large) 1 clove garlic (I like elephant garlic) 1 tsp thyme salt and pepper to taste 1 can artichokes (unmarinated) 1 can diced tomatoes 1 tbsp flour 1 cup broccoli rabe 8 oz pre-cooked pasta 2 links chicken sausage, cooked, sliced 5 oz mozzerella cheese How Do I Make Pasta Bake? Here is how you make Pasta Bake: Heat olive oil in large, oven proof pan. Saute onions until semi-translucent. Add garlic and thyme, cook for about 30 seconds. Add sliced sausge and let it heat through. Add the drained artichokes and sprinkle flour on top of this mixture. Make sure flour is evenly coated on all ingredients and then add can of tomatoes. The flour will use the tomato sauce to thicken the mixture. Let simmer while you cook the noodles in seperate pan. During last minute of cooking the noodles, add the broccoli rabe to the boiling water - leave in for just enough time to take the crunch off. Drain and add broccoli rabe/noodles to sauce pan. Mix and top with mozzerella cheese. Put in oven (400 degrees) for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
