Here is how you make Baked Lemon Cream Pasta:

1. Preheat oven to 375. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside2. Melt butter and olive oil together over medium heat in the pot you cooked the pasta in to save dishes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Turn heat to low. Stir in sour cream, then add lemon juice and zest. Mix and heat through on low.3. Dump the pasta into the pot with the lemon cream sauce and mix well. Add parmesan cheese. Transfer to a baking dish.4. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
