Preheat the oven to 400. Spray a shallow, 2-1/2 quart baking dish with nonstick spray. Cook the pasta as directed. Mix the spinach, meatballs, pasta, sauce, and 1/2 cup mozzarella in a large bowl, then transfer to baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella. Coverloosely with foil and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake until hot and bubbling at the edges, approx. 10 minutes.
