Here is how you make NO pasta goulash:

Heat olive oil in large pan, add chopped onions, garlic, add ground turkey and brown, add mushrooms. At this time I add the spices such as 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning, 1 tsp ground cumin, salt and pepper. Add canned vegetables, peas, diced tomatoes (both cans) and vegetable juice. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for aprox. 15 minutes. Server over couscous, pasta, brown rice or what ever you like.
