This recipe uses items I received at my local CSA today. Since they are harvested together, I created a recipe around them. I used kitchen shears for all my chopping and used leftover pasta. What Are The Ingredients For Leafy Chevril Lemon Pasta Recipe?The ingredients for Leafy Chevril Lemon Pasta are: 1 tbsp light butter2 medium scallions 1/3 bunch bok choy (about 5 large leaves & couple small ones) 2 cups kale 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 bunch chervil (about 1/2 cup loosely packed) 1 cup cooked pasta How Do I Make Leafy Chevril Lemon Pasta?Here is how you make Leafy Chevril Lemon Pasta: Cut the scallion into 1/4" slices, keep the tender ends separate. Chop the bok choy stalks (the crunchy parts) into bite size pieces. Tear the leaves and the kale into 2" to 3" squares. Remove the leafy parts of the chervil (I used kitchen shears, don't worry if you get some stem in).**In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, bok choy stalks, and scallion (not the leafy part yet!). Stir fry 1 to 2 minutes then add the bok choy leaves and the kale. Continue stir frying until cooked, about 5 minutes. Add in the leafy part of the scallion, the chervil, and the lemon juice. Toss to mix and then add the pasta. Keep stir frying until the pasta is heated and everything is well mixed. Enjoy!**Also good with other leafy veggies and different herbs... don't be afraid to experiment!**Nutrition Note: The pasta I used was whole wheat and the light butter is by Land O Lakes.
