Here is how you make Luigi's Mediterranean Pasta:

Slice zucchini and garlic and toss into heated olive oil in big nonstick skillet. Saute over medium high heat for a few minutes(don't let garlic burn). Add about 1/4 cup of the pasta water or chicken broth and stir in feta and chicken until feta starts to liquefy a little.
