Here is how you make Light Tex Mex Pasta:

Cook pasta, ground beef, and creamed spinach according to package instructions. In one bowl, combine pasta, ground beef, tomato sauce, salsa, and chili powder (more or less to taste). In another bowl, combine spinach and cream cheese. Spread 1/2 of pasta mix in bottom of 13x9 pan. Use all the spinach mix to spread as the next layer. The top layer is the remaining past mix.
