DIRECTIONS:Place saucepan of water on stove to boil (for pasta).Place mince in Pan/skillet, add onion and garlic, and cook until mince is browned and onions are clear. Drain fat. Add carrot and zucchini to pan, mix thoroughly. Stir over low heat until water in saucepan is boiling.When water in saucepan is boiling, add penne pasta and cover.Add pasta sauce to mince mixture and cover.
