14 oz tagliatelle or linguine
4 tbsp olive oil, divided
1 lb beef sirloin steak
1 small onion, halved then sliced thinly
8 oz white mushrooms, thinly sliced
3/4 cup dry white wine
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 cup half & half
1/4 cup plain Fage 0% Greek yogurt
2 tbs chopped fresh parsley

Here is how you make Jenn's Pasta w/ Pepper Steak:

Cook pasta according to package, drain. Toss with 1 tbsp of the olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Set aside. Heat butter and remaining olive oil in skillet. Add steak and cook for 1-2 minutes each side, set aside. Add onion and cook until soft, about 4-5 minutes. Add drained capers, garlic, mushrooms and wine, cook for 2-3 minutes. Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, broth and cream. Simmer for about 2 minutes.
