Here is how you make Pasta Rasta:

Cook 3 lbs raw burger and onion together. Drain well. Add spices, anise and salt. Add tomatoes and dry pasta. Bring to a boil on back burner for about 2 min. Cover and turn off, let it sit for pasta to absorb tomato liquid. You may need to heat it again to finish this. Add cheese.
