Arugula (1 cup)
Whole Tomato (medium size)
Lime Juice (1/4 cup with pasta, 1 TBs with salmon)
Lemon Juice (1/4 cup with pasta, 1 TBs with salmon)


How Do I Make Citrus Salmon Pasta?

Here is how you make Citrus Salmon Pasta:

1. Defrost salmon. Boil water for pasta. Dice tomato. 2. Start cooking salmon in nonstick pan as water boils3. When water is boiling, pour in 1 cup of pasta and cook until tender4. As salmon is cooking, tear it apart then add 1 tbs of lemon juice and 1 tbs of lime juice5. When pasta is tender, drain then return to pot6. To the pasta add diced tomatoes, 1 cup arugula and 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup lime juice and keep on medium heat7. Stir and let juice simmer8. When salmon is done cooking, add to pot with pasta9.
