(heaping) capers (drained) 1 pound smoked salmon, cut into small pieces 1 pound thin spaghetti, cooked al dente and drained 1/3 C parmesan cheese finely grated How Do I Make Smoked Salmon Pasta with Capers?Here is how you make Smoked Salmon Pasta with Capers: In large skillet, heat EVOO over medium heat. Add shallot and minced garlic and saute until translucent (not browned). In a small bowl mix yogurt and wine until thin and totally mixed. Stir into the skillet and blend together over low heat. Add thinly sliced asparagus, halved cherry tomatoes and capers. Continue cooking for 10 minutes (covered) stirring often. After the pasta is done and drained into return to pot over low heat. Toss in smoked salmon and veggie sauce, tossing lightly to blend through.
