8 oz dry whole-grain rigatoni (or other chunky pasta)
2 tbsp kosher salt
1 1/2 sweet bell peppers, cut into thin strips
1 medium sweet onion, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
pinch crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp lemon juice
