Thaw spinach in microwave, drain. Cook pasta until al dente and drain.In a large bowl (at least 3 cups) mix sour cream, parmesan cheese, and garlic. Beat egg in a separate bowl and blend with the sour cream mixture.Spray your slow-cooker with PAM and add the sour cream mixture. Add cooked pasta, cheese, spinach, and half of the french fried onions. Stir until mixed.Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours. Top with rest of onions and more cheese if desired.
